Learn “The Art of Microblading” from Master Artist and Instructor, Denisa Opris. This class is for all levels. Whether you are new to the permanent make-up industry or have previous experience, you will learn all the fundamentals of microblading and more. No previous license or experience necessary. This class includes a certificate of completion, a starter microblading kit, 5 days of intensive training, business and marketing materials, lifetime support and access to your instructor for any questions that might arise during your microblading career.

What You’ll Learn

The Art of Microblading is a hybrid course composed of Online Learning at home (3 days), and In-Person Training at our studio in Naples, FL (2 days).

Online Learning

Days 1-3 (Online): This course starts with learning the fundamentals of permanent makeup and microblading. This is a self-paced, online course designed so you can arrive to class ready to get hands-on with microblading. You have lifetime access to our online course, even after your in-person training.

Denisa walks you through skin anatomy, color theory, manual versus machine tools and techniques, microblading tools and blades, licensing and insurance, client consent forms, pre-care and after-care, healing process, sanitation protocols, color retention and blade placement depth, contraindications, topical anesthetics, supplies, marketing and more.

These are the essential building blocks of a long career in microblading.

In-Person Training

Day 4 (In-Person): Perfect eyebrows begin with the perfect shape. In your first day in our Naples studio, Denisa will show you step-by-step how to achieve her signature shape and teach you strategies on how to achieve symmetry on any face shape.

Day 5 (In-Person): Now that you understand the fundamentals of microblading and know how to create the perfect shape for every client, you are ready to learn our signature life-changing microblading technique, hairstroke by hairstroke. Denisa will provide you with precise rules for how to create the perfect hairstroke and how to group them to create dimension and achieve supernatural results. You will receive a map so you know exactly where to place every single hairstroke. And then you will watch Denisa demonstrate a full microblading procedure from start to finish.

Model Day

Optional Add-On: Get hands-on practice on a live model under the supervision and guidance of your instructor and complete your first microblading procedure.

This is an optional add-on to The Art of Microblading class. Although Model Day is optional, we recommend all our students to participate because supervised hands-on practice on your first clients is key in getting started and becoming a confident and successful microblading artist in no time.

"The Art of Microblading" class is a total of 5 days.
You can start the online portion of the class right after registering online and it will take you about 3 days to complete. It is a self-paced program.
The next two days are in-person at our academy in Naples, FL. You will receive hands-on training on mannequin heads and latex practice skins and watch Denisa demonstrate a full microblading procedure from start to finish. Once you practice at home for several weeks all the shaping and hair-stroke patterns, you may return to work on your first clients in our studio under Denisa’s supervision.
No, you don't need any prior certification or licensing to take this class. This class is open to all levels.
You will need your Tattoo License for Florida only for the optional "Model Day", where you will be working on a live model.
You will receive a certificate of attendance to our class but every state has different licensing protocols so you will have to inquire with the Health Department in your state for more information on the exact licenses and certifications required to perform microblading in your state.

Please save all your practice exercises and bring them to class so we can check and correct your work from the online portion of the class. You will receive your microblading kit and everything you need for your in-person training during class.
Yes, we will cover marketing too and share with you what has worked best for us in getting clients. We will also guide you on how to open up your own business and share all the steps of becoming successful as a microblading artist.
Get hands-on practice on a live model under the supervision and guidance of your instructor and complete your first microblading procedure.
This is an optional add-on to The Art of Microblading class. Please purchase the add-on online on our website and we will contact you right away for scheduling. Model Day is recommended at least 4 weeks after taking your class so you can have time to study, practice the shaping exercises and learn the hair-stroke pattern on synthetic skin so that you will feel more confident and ready to tranform your client's brows during Model Day!
Although Model Day is optional, we recommend all our students to participate because supervised hands-on practice on your first clients is key in getting started and becoming a confident and successful microblading artist in no time.
Requirements: To participate in Model Day, you must have a Tattoo License for Florida and have completed The Art of Microblading Course.

Meet Your Instructor

Denisa is a master microblading artist, instructor and founder of Denisa Opris Microblading. She opened her first studio and academy in Bellevue, WA in 2016, where she was one of the top and most recognized artists and instructors. Over the course of 7 years, Denisa completed over 5,000 microblading and combo brow procedures and trained hundreds of successful students.
She recently relocated to Naples, FL where she opened a new studio and academy so she can continue providing students top class education and clients with the most natural and perfect eyebrows. Her favorite part of microblading is being able to boost her clients’ confidence and make them feel more beautiful by enhancing their natural beauty with microblading.
